Shipment and Retour
If you have ordered through our webshop and the payment accepted through the provider, we will if the product is in stock, send your order within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. The order is sent as parcelpost with TNT post. You will find in the order status of your order a 3S-number for most shipments that are sent through parcelpost. With this number you can follow the shipping process of your package on the website of TNT Post. Packages are generally delivered later in the day than regular mail. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Depending on where you live the order will be delivered within 5 days.

Shipment outside Netherlands & Belgium
Shipping costs for deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium will be determined according to the dimensions and weight of your order. After receivement of your order these shipping costs will be indicated during checkout.
Regular mail is sent in envelopes and parcelpost is sent in appropriate cardboard packaging. Dispatch occurs mostly via TNT express.
Westernhouse.com tries to send your order within 2 business days after receiving your payment. Delivery times in the Netherlands are usually 1 to 2 days after shipping and deliveries outside of the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 business days after shipment.
Collecting the order yourself
It is possible to collect the order yourself in Amsterdam. You can then choose whether you already pay through the internet, and therefore don't have to pay shipping costs. Once your order is ready we give you a call or contact you through the mail. You can then retrieve the order in our shop at the Oude Doelenstraat number 6-8, 1012ED in Amsterdam.
Note: If you don't pay through the internet then you can simply pay at the counter when you come to collect your order, we accept cash and pin payments.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
What to do with returning?
If the products do not meet your expectations, you may return them under certain conditions (see the description under cooling off period).
If you cancel your order you need to make this cognizable by letter to Westernhouse.com, this can be done via email or post. You should in your written cancellation, in any case, indicate your full name and order number. For the repayment of sums already paid, we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium should also indicate their IBAN and BIC/Swift number from their own bank.
Note: the account number that you give us for the refund should be equal to the account number for which you did the payment to Westernhouse.com. This is because of potential fraud with repayments.
Right Of Revocation For Consumers.
One of the most important provisions in the law buying on distance is the right of revocation of the consumer. Because the consumer beforehand has no possibility to see or test the product, the legislator considers it necessary to give the consumer a ' consideration time ' of fourteen workdays which in it can return the product without having to give their reasons, or in the case of a service, can dissolve the agreement.
It is not allowed for the supplier to charge costs herefore other than the shipping costs.
Westernhouse.com uses a period of 14 days that begins the moment the product is delivered.
If the supplier did not met with the information obligation mentioned before, then there applies a period of three months which in the consumer can return the product. Interim, the supplier can repair the defect in the information supply. From the moment the repair is made known to the consumer, begins the period of 14 workdays running again.
For certain goods and services the right of revocation does not apply, it should then go about:
· services whose implementation, with the agreement of the consumer, has begun before the period of seven working days;
· goods or services whose prices are bounded to fluctuations of the financial market, on which the vendor has no influence;
· goods which have been made according to specifications of the consumer, for example, size customization, or ones that have a clear personal character;
· for goods or services that cannot be returned because of their nature, or ones that can rapidly deteriorate or expire;
· audio or video recordings or computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal, the delivery of newspapers and magazines; for the services of bettings and lotteries.
